Good. Needs more detail as to whats actually covered under warranty. Cust service is good except for a few women in the payment office. Service dept. is great now it has someone managing it. Was accused of having an agreement and charged 200 bucks for a/c when i hadnt used it since purchase which was in the winter time. Was told it was covered by the same person who sd I agreed to pay it. Very shady to me since i was never given a receipt or estimate. Other than that I have had nothing else bad happen. More

Change is Awesome!! I have been a long time customer and in all the years this is the 1st time that I can honestly say the service shop has done a wonderful job and I act I have been a long time customer and in all the years this is the 1st time that I can honestly say the service shop has done a wonderful job and I actually can believe in what they tell me. Since Mic has taken over the service department I can see major changes. Employees attitudes are more pleasant, you can actually tell who the manager is and there is structure in the shop. And the one tech that he has hired, "Earl", is amazing. He takes the time and figures out what is wrong and fixes it. He goes the extra mile to reassure customers. More
