Worst service ever they had to it right replace my car for a different one because there joke of a service team couldn’t figure out the issue. Have had a leak issue with the replacement vehicle since the for a different one because there joke of a service team couldn’t figure out the issue. Have had a leak issue with the replacement vehicle since the time of getting it told over and over there is no leak took to 2 other service shops took back to Jackson with proof and given some lame excuse that it’s not really a leak other companies just want your money. Tell my driveway it’s not a leak!!! This place is an absolute joke there warranty only covers if you are truly stranded then they will take the time to fix and then they send it to the actual dealership to be fixed and of course the dealership won’t fix an issue on a cleared code so it’s a giant scam ! For you to pay 3x the value of the car with a made up warranty with a made up service department. And by made up I mean a bunch of clowns googling a diy repair to avoid having to fix anything! More

I bought a car that had an issue that was supposed to get fixed the first week. Never happened! I called I was told someone would reach out never happened! I referred a friend she bought a car and I was told I would be mailed a check for my referral...guess what never happened! You will always be pushed off to another person who won't solve your issue. If you need an easy buying experience come here. But don't trust these people to do what they say ever! I will do my very best to tell everyone I know how awful my experience was!
