Amazing and Awesome !!!:):) I purchased an 2007 Saturn Relay in 2017. On June 24th 2019 I had a car accident. And my Van ended up being totalled. I called JD Byrider to let them I purchased an 2007 Saturn Relay in 2017. On June 24th 2019 I had a car accident. And my Van ended up being totalled. I called JD Byrider to let them know what happened.And Mak was more then helpfull,kind,and caring. She wanted to make sure,all parties was ok and not injured. And she explained to me how the processed worked in purchasing a new vehicle from.My accident happened on a Tuesday and Mak had my Husband and I come in one the following Saturday. And we meet with Sam the car dealer. I told Sam what I was interested in and he said I will see what we can do. So we test drove a 2010 Chevrolet Eqinox. It was AWESOME! It had all the bells and whistles. We get back to JD's and they Crunched the numbers and it was only going to $40 a month then my van. This made me a super happy girl. The process only took about 3 1/2 hours and my husband and I drove away in a vehicle we both love. I want to give a big shout out to Mak for being so kind and caring and making me feel at ease.And for making me feel important.And answering all our questions. And to Sam for being a kind and caring and answering all our questions. And to both of you for helping us drive away in our dream vehicle.I will definitely be going back to JD Byrider for my next purchase.
