I lost my job recently and they were unwilling to work with me. I’m one car note behind and they repossessed my vehicle because they do not do payment plans. It is in the small print so make sure that you are in a position where you will never miss a payment. I’m pretty sure if you’re doing business with a company like this, you either don’t have the best of credit or a whole lot of money. It’s sad to know that after two years of paying my car bill on time and never missing a payment, but now I have to start completely over when my car was almost paid off. They do not report to the fair credit bureau as they’re supposed to, so even though I was paying my car note on time, it was never updated properly which in return would hurt my chances in getting another vehicle so again if you’re in a bind, please read the fine print. I’m a single mother with two children and they could care less again. I never missed the car note until I lost my job. I would reconsider if I was you. They also do not allow a grace period in paying your car note if your even one day late they put your car out for repo! Terrible customer experience! More
