Terrible customer service, I've my car for a year. Never missed a payment. I'm in health care and my schedule is crazy due to covid. I had to take off auto pay because comes out at 1201 before check depos missed a payment. I'm in health care and my schedule is crazy due to covid. ( I obviously went there because I'm broke I l live check to check ) the down payment was 1000 but turned into 2000. , I get harassed about insurance THAT I HAVE!!! They suck don't do it!!!!!! More

Worse place ever. I bought my car in November. It’s been in the service center a month now. Still not fixed. 1st she said it will be under 1000$ with the warranty and a rental is covered. Once I agr been in the service center a month now. Still not fixed. 1st she said it will be under 1000$ with the warranty and a rental is covered. Once I agreed to let the do the work ( about 8 days ). She then tells me the rental is not covered and it’s gonna be 1400-1600 to fix. Of course I get upset. I had a few choice words. Sge says it’s gonna take 10 days to get the parts. It’s been 14. And they haven’t touched my car. Yea I had nothing nice to say. I WANT MY CAR. manager is on vacation. No one to talk to. I’m trying to figure out who the president of the company is. I’m paying on a car and can’t drive it !!!!! More
Claim almost everything is covered under the warranty they offer.....I drive the car they sold me for a year and around 3000 miles on it. My son and I went to this dealership and there was 3 people in the building and NOT once did they come out and acknowledge us! Not good customer service.. So we will not be returning. This is the worst place ever as far as purchasing a vehicle and having a car payment I purchased my car in May 2017 and it's been in service more than I've had it so very disappointed with this service vehicle and having a car payment I purchased my car in May 2017 and it's been in service more than I've had it so very disappointed with this service it needs to improve but I highly doubt that will happen. Who has time to make car payments and you can't even drive the car that you're paying on my car is in service for the same thing it was just in there for in February and then they had the audacity to take the Rental Car Coverage away you ought to be ashamed of yourselves I don't care where it came from within JD Byrider y'all want that money for that car payment people need their vehicles nobody has time to be sitting around bumming rides or catching a Uber with covid-19 going on. Truly I'm trying to be understanding but after not having my car for a full week it went there last Tuesday it's a full week nobody has time to pay insurance and a car payment for a vehicle that's not under their feet. The new service manager this is like the sixth service manager since I purchased my vehicle back in 2017 Miss Kim don't know her but said if she would give me a call back or shoot me a text and that didn't happen and I don't appreciate it I need my vehicle or a xxxx rental. Honestly this dealership doesn't even deserve a one-star but that's all they could ever get More
My brother in laws car was at the service center and we showed up on a Saturday to pick it up not realizing the service center was closed. The guy who claimed to be the "manager" or the guy who "runs the w showed up on a Saturday to pick it up not realizing the service center was closed. The guy who claimed to be the "manager" or the guy who "runs the whole dealership", I did not catch his name, instead of being a good manager or at the least a decent human being, told my brother in law that he didn't need his attitude, before he even had an attitude we were just bummed we drove 40 miles to pick up the car nothing. At that point my brother got upset for the treatment he was receiving and started to get upset, and told him he need to watch how he spoke to paying customers and it's hard to believe he is the manager.(some curse words used in process) This man then told us we needed to leave the property or he was gonna call the cops on us for trespassing and make sure we never get his car back. Let it be noted my in law has never missed or been late on a payment. Quite simply if you want a good buying experience with someone who at least treats you like a person or cares the least bit, JD Buyrider is not the place for you. Manager guy if you see this all you needed to say without the attitude, was "I'm truly sorry for the misunderstanding if our website does say we are open today I will make sure we get that fixed. I am unable to get you your car with the service center closed, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but you will have to come back on Monday." More
