I am a returning customer, I bought a 911 for around $100k just 18 months ago. Now looking to add a 718 Cayman, we reached a deal, text quote "you have yourself a deal!". I followed every instruction, did the credit app, everything they needed. They sold the car out from under me, despite all of the above. The communication after that was just ridiculous lie after lie about what happened. An insult of top of what happened. If that's how they treat me - a returning customer who buys cars all the time, has a fantastic credit score and am a lock to close a deal, how will they treat you? Complete waste of time and energy.
