I chose to fly to Philadelphia and drive my car back to Tennessee. When my flight got delayed, he arranged for after-hours pickup if necessary. This is a dealership that doesn't honor their word. They will make a deal with you and then sell the car to someone else. They have no issue going back on their word, and that is a problem for me. I am a returning customer, I bought a 911 for around $100k just 18 months ago. Now looking to add a 718 Cayman, we reached a deal, text quote "you have yourself a deal!". I followed every instruction, did the credit app, everything they needed. They sold the car out from under me, despite all of the above. The communication after that was just ridiculous lie after lie about what happened. An insult of top of what happened. If that's how they treat me - a returning customer who buys cars all the time, has a fantastic credit score and am a lock to close a deal, how will they treat you? Complete waste of time and energy. Service matters. Your word matters. More

Having never bought a car online before, I began to lose faith in the process. It all seemed very overwhelming. Many dealerships didn't have good reviews. Many didn't return texts or my phone calls. Max was exceptional! He was very good with texting. He was quick to respond. And when we spoke on the phone I knew this was the guy I could trust. He didn't oversell me. He made me feel comfortable. He even responded to my text after the dealership was closed. He walked me through the process and was my only contact for this entire transaction. I never spoke to another person! He even arrange for the delivery of my car and everything went as planned. My new Tesla arrived with a dealer tag in the glove compartment and everything I needed. Perfection! To be honest the whole process of buying this car through Max and J&S Autohaus was the easiest car purchase I've ever made in my life. The car was in pristine condition. I purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition with fewer than 27,000 miles and had it shipped to Ohio. The experience fell well short of expectations. Although I contacted the shipping company about five hours before delivery to coordinate the drop-off, the driver stopped roughly 30 minutes from my home and asked me to meet him there. After arranging transportation and taking possession of the vehicle, it became inoperable within about two and a half hours. I received it around 12:15 p.m., and by 3:47 p.m. it could no longer be driven and required towing. Because I was buying the vehicle from out of state, I paid for a third-party “complete inspection” to verify its condition before completing the purchase. Despite that inspection, the clutch appeared to be in such poor condition that the vehicle became inoperable after only a short time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. The delivery issues, immediate mechanical failure, and concerns about the inspection process made this a disappointing purchase. More
