It is always returned with the service completed and a nice wash, too. They are very good with providing a loaner even if it is just for a one day service. I have owned my F-Pace for two years now and I have only had to bring it in for oil change and tire rotation! Excellent vehicle, excellent dealership, excellent staff that really cares. Average service Scheduled oil/maintenance, new tires on all four, new brakes. I only got the maintenance part. They did not replace the tires because they did not have the right size in stock. I’m now two weeks out from that and I have not been re-notified when they are going to replace the tires. I am convinced that the Ball has been dropped again. The brakes still squeak even though they said the pads were good. I’m really not happy with the service I received More

My time my expense my children's time from school since we homeschool the extra miles to my car..had it been our mistake we would have had to pay but their mistake what's still left on us. More
