Poor sales team reps My experience with this dealership and the service team manager Tonya were amazing- she should honestly get 5 for friendliness and customer service an My experience with this dealership and the service team manager Tonya were amazing- she should honestly get 5 for friendliness and customer service and just being amazing and just 5 stars all the way around. Tonya and her team were simply amazing in the service department. She is the most down to earth person I have ever met and was always eager to help me. Spent over 400 dollars trying to fix issues with my car just to find out it was my 02 sensor but it wasn’t giving codes for it. But I’m okay with that- just means new parts on the car. However, any bad reviews on this are for what happened next: Only negative experience I had was when I picked up my car- one of the sales reps came out of the door and yelled at me to get off her lot. Used profranity at me in front of other customers and walked back inside before I even knew what was going on- only because she thought I was another individual she said apparently had issues with earlier in the lot and thought I was them. It left a very poor taste in my mouth. I can completely relate to having bad days and rough customers never assume I am someone that I was not. I had just brought my car in twice to the location in the matter of one week and spent 400 dollars and the last thing I wanted or needed was one of their reps cussing at me and yelling at me. It is all on video- I found it to be very unprofessional and incredibly demeaning. In the future- stressed as you may be, please be more self aware of who you are speaking to and how you speak to customers. More

New tires, alignment, and mirror replacement I had an appointment scheduled for today to get my passenger mirror replaced, new tires, and a wheel alignment I had budgeted $350 for all of this but I had an appointment scheduled for today to get my passenger mirror replaced, new tires, and a wheel alignment I had budgeted $350 for all of this but I ended up having two bent rims and needed new ones, Tanya is simply AMAZING!!!!!!!! This is my second time having service done here and each time I actually look forward to it because I know Tanya will answer the phone, she's knows allllll about cars, and her customer service is BEYOND AMAZING!! She isn't after your money, she wants what's best for your car and not just what cost more, and she makes sure you're getting the best deal possible!!!! I honestly want to give her a hug for all she's done, and your company should be honored to have her as an employee. I will recommend JD Byrider to anyone just based off her amazing customer service and willingness to help. I really can't thank her enough, and I will continue to go to this shop because of her.
