Very professional and polite. I worked with sales associate Fred Lee and he was very professional, polite and organized. He took his time explaining everything and further explaine I worked with sales associate Fred Lee and he was very professional, polite and organized. He took his time explaining everything and further explained things I was confused about. He made sure I wasn’t hurting my own pockets and getting something I couldn’t afford. Fred Lee was very patient with me while I had to get things handled with my license. Upon choosing which vehicle I wanted he took his time letting me know the pros and cons between the two and which was the better option. All in all Fred Lee is great at his job and I recommend any customer to work with. Also JD Byrider is a great choice because they work with you on building your credit and putting you in a vehicle that you won’t regret buying in the end. More
