Mr. and Mrs. Brookshire, I know that James was helping you out that Sunday. I believe he did show you several trucks that Sunday. I realize that the trucks he had shown you were over the price range that you had intended on spending. James did not know at that time what you wanted to spend until after the fact. Sundays we are usually open by appointments only, and we try to serve walk in customers as best as possible. James had kept other customers that he had appointments waiting to serve you both to the fullest. Mrs. Brookshire had stated that you all had been to four other dealerships that day already, and were tired at this point. I personally went out of my way to help assist you on the computer, and also help entertain your boys with coloring, so that you both would have an easier processing time for the paper work for the truck. I realized that James did call you back, after speaking to our GM as far as the flexability on the price of the vehicle, and also to get some keys back that were accidentally taken. Our vehicles do not have much wiggle room on the price. The reason being is we keep all of our prices lower then anyone in a 200 mile radius. This is to beat all of our competition, and still offer you the customer a Quality Pre-Owned vehicle at a fair price. As far as us treating you poorly is just shocking to me, I feel we definently went above, and beyond for your family. Had we known what you wanted to spend in the beginning, we would have shown you lower priced trucks, you yourself said that we had great pricing on our vehicles when James was showing you them. So I'm not understanding why we have gotten this review. I am sorry if you feel you were treated poorly, but again I am just shocked at this review. Thank you, Donna Mojica

Walter, All of our cars or trucks go through two inspections. One when we purchase them from the auctions, and the second inspection is to meet North Carolina requirements. All of our vehicles are sold as is, unless you purchase an additional warranty, for an additional cost. When you had called us about the vehicle, our sales associate James asked that you take the vehicle to an Advance Auto so that they were able to hook it up to the computer to diagnose what the problem may have been, seeing how far away you were already. Once knowing that, we asked that you call us back to see if there was something that we could do for you, as far as resolving the issue with the truck. We have not yet heard back from you, until we recieved this review. We are always willing to fix any minor issues with any vehicle to serve our customers better, as you can read in these reviews. It is never our intent to sell anyone a veicle that is not in proper running order. When buying a used vehicle, we can not predict what may happen in a few hours,days or months. As I stated before they are inspected, and we even allow our potential customers to take the cars to any local mechanic if you choose to. So to say that we are a bad dealer is incorrect. We have certain procedures to follow, and one is to have the car diagnosed, to see which direction we need to do, as far as fixing it for you, and then for you to call us back. That has not happened, we can't help you if you don't call us back.
