I'm glad that we were able to complete the vehicle transaction for you, and I'm sorry that you had a few issues. I will bring the charge card limitations to attention. We try not to take large amounts on charge cards, due to the finance charges. This is one way that we are able to keep our prices lower then most dealerships around. It's kind of like when you go buy gas and some times you see that the prices are cheaper when you pay cash. I'm so happy that all the staff treated you well, that is always great to know.
