Bad service My 21 year old son purchased a 2016 Lancer from the dealership. Looking at the card given to my son JTcCars sells the used cars for this particular de My 21 year old son purchased a 2016 Lancer from the dealership. Looking at the card given to my son JTcCars sells the used cars for this particular dealership. The car did not have a key fob just a valet key, the TPMS light was on, and the car was sold filthy(interior was not cleaned), and there was no owners manual. When my son brought home the car he asked me about the anti-theft system. I told him to go and press the key fob and look for the red security light. He said he did not have one. I then asked him to look at the owners manual and he said that one did not come with the vehicle. When I went to look at the car it looked like a customer traded it in and Dodgeland sold it just like the traded it(without doing a thing to make it more ascetically pleasing). I went to Dodgeland to try and get some of these things addressed the next business day. I spoke to the salesman and a sales manager. They said that my son with have had to said something about these things before he signed the loan documents. They said they are under not obligation to address the issues after the fact. The sales manager said, "we did not do anything wrong." I feel that as a dealership they did not do many things right when it comes to integrity and dealing with a 21 year old on his first car purchase. I will never buy a car or recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER! I am ashamed that a relationship and customer service is not at the top of any dealership's priority list. Shame on you DodgeLand of Columbia and you management(or at lease this sales manager(Chad Gamble)). More
