We were able to trade in our truck for 1 new Avenger and 1 used Malibu. We couldn't be happier. Kenny greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome as soon as we pulled into the dealership. He knew the producrts well and let us take several models home for a test drive. After lots of advice, we settled on a new Ram 1500 and took it home that day. There were a couple of upgrades in our agreement, like leather seats and trailer hitch, that Kenny scheduled immediately after the sale and we got those upgrades completed without any problems or concerns over quality or payment.for the work. I had a great experience on our purchase of a new Dodge Charger. There was no high pressure sales as I had to leave and came back the next day with my wife. My wife and I had been shopping around looking for the right car at the right price. We finally found it at Dodgeland. We arrived late on a Friday night just looking. Tommy was great about pointing out what was available and led us to a used Caliber which we test drove. We didn't love the car but we liked it enough to find out what it would cost. Tommy helped us work out a possible deal but we couldn't get the price where we needed it. Usually that means the end of the sale but it didn't end there. Tommy promised to work on it and let us know. We got a followup call but didn't get a chance to get back to the dealer. The following Monday we were back. We couldn't make it work with the Caliber but they had a Soul on the lot which we were really interested in. Tommy was great, showed us the car, and really got us the best deal possible. He worked with the GM, Eddie, to get us exactly where we needed to be. They both worked hard to get us financed. Even the finance officer, Paul, was great. Thanks to Tommy and everyone else at Dodgeland we got exactly the car we wanted at exactly the price we wanted. This was our first time having to negotiate for a price when buying a car but the whole experience was great. We're so happy with our 2012 Kia Soul! More
