I am so happy that I came to Dodgeland of Columbia to buy my 2008 Dodge Caliber. Derrick, the salesman who helped me with my purchase, was courteous, patient, hardworking and understanding. I am so grateful for their service, the finance officers are geniuses when it comes to pricing, it was like magic how low they got my monthly payments! Definitely consider Dodgeland when wanting to purchase a car, they will do all that is possible to get you a car! More
I called back 2 days after I bought a new car with a problem and was told Ross was with a customer. This was during a very rainy day. He was very patient, understanding and I felt like he wasn’t just trying to force me in a car. My sister and her husband drove almost two hours out of their way to show up for a car that was promised to them. As it turns out, the car wasn't even there. They received the whole schtick about how it wa their way to show up for a car that was promised to them. As it turns out, the car wasn't even there. They received the whole schtick about how it was "just sold last night". Really? Then why did they receive TWO calls from TWO different salesmen today practically begging them to come look at that particular car? Both the salesman and his manager either both flat-out lied or just didn't have any clue how to conduct an honorable business deal. After THAT disappointment, they brought out another vehicle with similar mileage and price for them to look at. The paint was in desperate need of a paint job and even had a large chunk missing in the middle of the hood that the salesman TRIED TO COVER WITH HIS HAND before we could see it. At that time, we decided these people weren't even worth dealing with. I was just a bystander during this time, but I'm in the market for a new car, as well. I would've considered dealing with them had they negotiated fairly with my sister and her husband. Scratch that, they lost two potential sales due to being shady "businessmen". NOT recommended at all. More
