The two times that I have had my truck serviced at Dodgeland of Columbia, the fluid levels (the coolant and windshield washer) were not checked. While traveling from Oh back home to FL our 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 broke down on the interstate around 5:00 in 99 degree weather. After getting a tow to Dodgeland and finding a hotel right next door, they go Ram 3500 broke down on the interstate around 5:00 in 99 degree weather. After getting a tow to Dodgeland and finding a hotel right next door, they got our truck in first thing in the morning. While it was not an easy fix, they had all parts on hand and even tho the tech was supposed to he home around noon for a family get together he stayed until the job was completed around 1 pm to get us on the road. The service writer and Tech both kept us informed as to what was happening to our truck and kept cost down as much as possible. It is never fun to break down anytime on the road, especially in another state, but the guys here were very courteous and went way beyond what we expected.
