Super Exceeded My Expectations! JYD makes it happen! They move fast and most important efficiently. They have the best customer service around & now I wouldn't do business with anyon JYD makes it happen! They move fast and most important efficiently. They have the best customer service around & now I wouldn't do business with anyone else if it isn't them. Let me tell you my story briefly, I had to take my new (2015) car to get serviced because I was feeling a shake to it along with all the lights on my dash that came on. JYD sent me to the house (Bay Ridge Honda) to get serviced. Once I got there, they did not want to give me a loaner. (A real wise a** was trying to tell me that they do not give out loaners). I call JYD up immediately and told them what was going on. JYD jump on the phone and long behold I had my loaner. Bay Ridge Honda, let me tell you they are the worst! (with the exception of the valet parking guys, the women/cashier in the office and last but not least there night manager Andrew) There attitude is like if your annoying them because now that you are there they have to work. The story continues, the day I go to pick up my car, there was a scratch that was extremely noticeable on my car. (All of this is taking place after hours) I immediately call my sale's rep at JYD and explained to him what happened. He was just as upset as me, which made me feel great! He reassured me that this problem was going to be fixed and it was going to be at a zero cost to me. As we speak my car is being repainted, JYD provided me with another loaner at no cost to me and when I pick up my car in the next two days JYD has promised me that I will never have to go there again. Thank god because I do not have the patience to deal with rude & incompetent people. Point of this story, Is JYD is totally awesome! they do whatever they need to do to keep their customers happy and stress free! There customer service is fa-nominal. They really do go the extra mile. I am a very hard person to please, so for me that have super exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work JYD Family!!! More

She got me prices on all before 5:15, we had a signed contract before 5:45pm, and the car was delivered at 3:30 the following day. Adriana explained everything clearly, we made the deal and she delivered the car...all in less than 23 hrs. I had called another broker but they took over two weeks to get me numbers on cars I hadn't considered? She made it happen in less than 23 hrs and the deal saved me over 6k compared to the dealership. More
