I would even go out of my way to say how grea Until 2 weeks ago, I recommended Jack Daniel's Audi to anyone who asked how I liked my new 2013 Audi Q5. I would even go out of my way to say how great I thought Marie Sielski was. She was extremely friendly, did not pressure me into anything, sent me a "Congratulations on your new car" card a few months later, and finally went as far as to call me on my 6 month and year anniversary of the car. This kind of above and beyond service was unheard of to me and anyone I asked. Great customer service. Or one would think. Two weeks ago, I had a report run on my Audi and at this time discovered the "brand new" Q5 I had been leasing had an undisclosed accident report on it; just 12 days before I began my lease. Looking back on the day of my purchase/lease, Marie told me the basic Q5 I wanted (and already agreed on price) wasn't on the lot, but they could give me one with an "upgraded" headlamp package for the same price. Amazing. No problem. Now you do the math. Giving a customer a car that you knew as a professional "Audi band specialist" had an accident on it (whether or not it be minor, still had a police report on it) and disguising it as an upgrade is completely unprofessional and downright disappointing. I do not and WILL NOT accept that Marie didn't know that. If she didn't, then what does that tell you about her title, "specialist"? I call BS! She knew exactly what she was doing when she gave the fabulous upgrade. Perfect example of bait and switch. Marie has completely disappointed me and my family. This is a true reflection on her character....sweet to your face, but only looking to screw the customer. I do not care if I am leasing the car and it is not mine, as a consumer that is irrelevant. I could have taken by business to lease a car to any other dealer. I wanted to be leasing a BRAND NEW Audi, not 1 that had previously been in an accident. This my friends, is apparently what Jack Daniels is all about because no one and I mean no one wants to make this right. The message is loud and clear, if you are leasing, we at Jack Daniel's "don't care if there's 10 accidents on it because you're going to give it back anyway". Beautiful comment coming from Jack Daniels' Audi General manager, Soloman Faizi. I suggest you take your business to a cheap used car salesmen because at least they are upfront about their dishonestly. Unlike Marie Sielski and the rest of the Jack Daniels "family", they pretend to be better people than they are. More

From Jim who took me right away to test drive the car, answered all my questions and even went the distance to give me a lift for car delivery to Frank who was willing to work with me to afford my car and make sure I was happy with it to Terrence who got financing that met my expectations to Arthur who took me through every detail of my car with incredible knowledge and patience, and to all the support team who assisted with a few minor detailing and cleaning requests, the overall experience was outstanding. They really have a tight team there who really care about the customer and assisted so wonderfully with my transition into this category. Thank you to all for making this a really good thing!!! More

I have owned Audis in the past but can say that Jack Daniels has been the best level of service orientation and professionalism by far! Tal was great; he proved to be very easy to work with, very supportive in answering my questions and at no time did he put any pressure on me or try to force me into a quick deal, quite the opposite as he showed a willingness/flexibilityto go over several options to help me get to my price point. The last part of my experience on the initial day atthe dealer was getting a walkthroughand explanation of all the features from Arthur, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both Tal and Arthur went above and beyond in terms of their service as they continue to check in and offer support whenever I need it; they truly exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend working with them enough! Audi Q5 lease As my current lease of a Mercedes GLK350 had only 3 months left, I decided to look at other vehicles. I have always heard that Audi had great cars an As my current lease of a Mercedes GLK350 had only 3 months left, I decided to look at other vehicles. I have always heard that Audi had great cars and I new that Jack Daniels was just 5 minutes from where I live. My husband and I went to the dealership last Thursday to just look. we were greeted immediately and then the receptionist had Tal Vander help us. It was amazing how much he knew about not only Audi, but all the other vehicles I was possibly considering (Mercedes and BMW). He answered all of my questions easily and then had me take a test drive. Wow was that impressive! I fell in love with the car and its great safety and technological features as well as the way it drives. I couldn't believe the pick up of the 2.0 liter engine. When we came back from the test drive, Tal went over the numbers with me and he did everything possible to accommodate my needs. He discussed my current lease situation with his manager and they made me an offer that was too good to refuse. I decided then and there to become an Audi person. Since they had the Q5 I wanted in stock, I was actually able to pick up my new car the next day. Tal gave me his cell number to call at any time if I need anything or have questions. The next day when I picked up my car, Arthur Nicholson assisted me with learning about the great features. since there is so much to learn, he suggested that I come back for a second meeting the following week (which I did). he made it easy to understand how to use hands free features among other things. He also said as I continue to use the car and am ready for more questions, to call and he is available. Everyone at Audi was exemplary in how they handled the transaction and made me feel that I can call on them if needed. More

Car was ready for pickup within hours and was exactly what i expected. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for years my we all will be moving over to Jack Daniels Audi in the future!!! I believe when you have an issue and you may not be satisfied and the employees make sure they show they will fix the problem and care about you being a satisfied customer, that is great service!That is what the Service Manager Pedro did. I must mention the employee George Saunders who goes out of his way to make a customer feel valued and appreciated. His service is definitely exceeding the typical car dealership experience. thank you guys! More
