Right from the start my wife’s interactions over the phone as well as through email with our salesperson Edward Carter were very pleasant. Due to a very busy work schedule we didn’t have much time to come in in person and Ed went the extra mile to handle all negotiations before we came in. Kimberly Medina, sales manager, went above and beyond to meet our numbers. She was very straightforward and there was no beating around the bush. Next came our in person interaction which could have not been more pleasant. The level of professionalism everyone demonstrated was impressive.
