Keith the GM definitely not customer service minded! leased my 2nd Q5 last month, definitely not the same experience I had with my first lease! Keith the GM was the worst! Had multiple issues after pur leased my 2nd Q5 last month, definitely not the same experience I had with my first lease! Keith the GM was the worst! Had multiple issues after purchase, mostly with poor/lack of customer service. Nobody calls you back! Still waiting for them to pay off my 1st lease, I got a $50 ticket when THEY blew through an EZ Pass without paying when delivering my car. Service issues - waited two days for them to pick up my car when an appointment was scheduled and they never showed up/called, then waited a second day. When car was delivered back to me it was dirty. When I called Keith to tell him all the above, he offered no apology or answers as what he could do for me. Really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They absolutely lost a customer, definitely not going back for my 3rd. A simple "I'm really sorry" goes a long way, I guess they don't know that :( More
