I purchase a used 2018 A5 from Jack Daniels, after I brought the car home I discovered the front spoiler had a considerable amount of damage on the under side, unless I crawled under the car I would hav brought the car home I discovered the front spoiler had a considerable amount of damage on the under side, unless I crawled under the car I would have no way to know the damaged existed. I called our salesman Michael Condosta who pointed out that used Jack Daniels cars are sold "AS-IS" and the damage is my problem. Since this car was a lease return, I believe the Jack Daniels was aware of the damage and did not disclose it to me. More

Ariel was a pleasure to work with and well informed about the vehicle. We found the car on Sunday and called the dealer at 9:05 am on Monday, spoke to Ariel and she was super responsible and we were out for the vehicle. She worked with her manager and we iterated a few times to get to the right number for a monthly payment. I was especially happy that she found a way to apply our $750 Consumer Reports incentive. Ariel has this happy positive personality and so that contributed to an enjoyable buying experience. Adam worked up the contract and clearly explained all the extra options (AudiCare, tires, and keys). We were not going to buy them at first however after his explanation it made sense and we signed up for them. All went as quick as these things can go and there weren't the very lengthy waits that we have experienced at other dealerships. To hear that for service you will pick up my car at my house is exceptional. You should know that I decided not to buy my last Mercedes in Paramus because my car after a recent service was left for pick up with 4 inches of snow and I had to search for someone with a snow brush. Then Nanuet this year delivered my car with a half inch layer of ice and I almost slipped trying to find someone to scrape it off. My husband and I would highly recommend Ariel and Adam and the Jack Daniels Audi dealership in USR. We are happy we could work quickly to wrap up this sale because we know there are few A5 Cabriolets available.
