I have dealt with JP Stuart and Keith DeYoung, and both of them were very straight forward and easy going salesmen (not the pushy type like most dealers) that really went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the car I am getting (and the price). To be honest I did not intend to purchase a car right away and initially just wanted to test drive the new S6 to see how it stacks up against the new E550 4Matic, and if it wasn't for JP and Keith I would've probably walked away as I did not expect a good deal, and most importantly the amount I wanted for my trade in, but fortunately I was wrong. Overall the staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and thanks to that I am now driving my new 2013 S6. They took good care of me, and got my business in return. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new Audi (or to anyone that's cross shopping for a luxury car). More

We actually didn't expect to buy our car when we went to Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River. Although the first car we saw on the website turned out to be sold, Charlie Roller informed us of a Q5 by the great inventory and prices of CPO Q5's. We went to test drive the Q5 but Charlie was busy with a customer and introduced us to Luis Valencia. Luis was very knowlegable with the car and we got a great deal. We also received a fair price for our trade-in. Mike Motasis in the finance department got us a great rate shopping all the banks.
