Had I not been sent a request to submit a review on my most recent "experience" at Demmer Ford, I would have made no further comment, being hopeful the "issues" would be dealt with at dealership level...a most recent "experience" at Demmer Ford, I would have made no further comment, being hopeful the "issues" would be dealt with at dealership level...and because of the many positive prior contacts I've had at Demmer Ford in Wayne, Michigan; however, I WAS sent a request to review. So, here it is: What could have/should have been another wonderful Demmer experience, turned into a time consuming mental and financial fiasco! After having MANY weeks to be properly prepared for my buying out my 36mth lease-end Ford vehicle as well as taking delivery of my special order NEW leased FORD vehicle, the salesman was definitely NOT prepared. His "oversights", blatantly incorrect and partial informations, with regard to pricing/taxes/fees cost our family OVER $2,000 of added, UNEXPECTED, expense that will have long-lasting, negative effects; as we had to pull funds from our much NEEDED/long awaited home repair projects that will now require at least 1 additional line of credit in order to complete before the winter months arrive; and there is high probability the line of credit will not be extended now that the extra payment for my new Ford lease will be added to my credit report. The Salesman has been with Ford for well over 20 years; so lack of experience is not a viable excuse for anything that occurred. Had it not been for the helpful and courteous gentleman in the finance office, and the lovely and friendly lady at the information/reception desk, I would have rated my 9/02/2021 visit to Demmer Ford a "1"...because I do enjoy the way they keep up their showroom/sales floor. What happened to me/us was simply not right. I hope no one else will ever have to go through what I/we did. If my recommending this dealership would be based solely on my most recent experience, it would be a definite "NO" reccomendation; but because of the history of having many positive experiences, I will still recommend Jack Demmer Ford to anyone who is seeking to buy or lease a Ford vehicle. Footnote: word-of-mouth is the best form of advertisement; and the young man who accompanied me to this most recent visit at Demmer Ford was also extremely "put off" by the way the salesman handled/didn't handle the transactions and will be "sharing" his expetience with others. Very sad and disappointed over-all. More

I would like to first start out by saying they have very friendly customer service and your time is not wasted at all . I give Jack Demmer five stars due to the fact that even though they did not have power friendly customer service and your time is not wasted at all . I give Jack Demmer five stars due to the fact that even though they did not have power they were still friendly and able to approve me for a pre owned vehicle. I was also happy with the time Of being there I was not there long at all, like I usually be at any other auto dealership. I want to thank the guys who'd helped me!
