Horrible FIRST experience!! Our FIRST TIME EVER at this dealership, and LAST....We had an appointment this morning at 8am for an oil change and repair work for an issue that the Our FIRST TIME EVER at this dealership, and LAST....We had an appointment this morning at 8am for an oil change and repair work for an issue that the 2.7, 2016 F150's are having with the oil pressure when it's at half throttle. We get to the dealership and they tell us that the technician called off so we'll have to come back Wednesday. No phone call to us to say, don't come there's nobody to do the job....There was a service guy with the girl at the desk when we were being told to come back who thought this was funny, as he was standing there laughing! We are steaming mad at this point. We left and called another dealership and they took our truck right in and told us that Jack Demmer should have told us to NOT drive the truck, which they didn't...We Went somewhere else. More

Poor service Called about a problem with my tail light bracket. Had been told there was a recall on it. The woman who answered the phone looked it up and checked with her manager. Came back and set up an appointment. My husband wanted me to make sure it was covered under a recall. I called back. The gentleman who answered said that I did not have an appointment scheduled for Thursday. I asked him to check with the woman who had answered before. Or even ask the manager. Instead he told me the computers had been working then not working all day. Asked for my phone number and would call me back. Two days later and still no call. Husband called other Ford dealership down the street. Got part ordered on recall. Plus the other dealership gave me a form in case I am pulled over to show the part is on order. Five stars for the other dealership. One star for this one treating this woman with poor customer service. More
