The Sales person, Lori Morris was fantastic This is my second time purchasing a used 2011 Ford Focus from the Jack Demmer Used Car lot in Wayne, MI. The Sales person, Lori Morris was fantastic both times. The first focus nearly four years ago, she held the car for me to get there and it was such a good deal that there were others waiting in line to buy it. I have had that Focus serviced at Jack Demmer for everything and have been very happy with not only the work, but also the price. Even oil changes are worth going there. Last Wednesday, I was in a car accident which totaled this car, but everyone was OK. I went on Friday back to Lori and in one stop shopping was able to purchase another 2011 Focus with only 32,000 on it for a very reasonable price. One stop shopping for a used car is pretty unheard of, but Lori made it happen. I would highly recommend both her and Jack Demmer Ford for car purchases and there service. I have been very happy dealing with them. More
