We received outstanding customer service from Ted Miller from the very beginning when my husband first walked in to Jack Demmer Ford to get information regarding leasing a Fiesta for me. Ted was very frie from the very beginning when my husband first walked in to Jack Demmer Ford to get information regarding leasing a Fiesta for me. Ted was very friendly and professional in helping us. The only three things that I wish were different would have been - 1) to have been told about the additional cost of the pin striping before Ted took it upon himself to get that car instead of talking to us and possibly seeing what other cars were out there. 2) since I am handicapped, to have explained to me how long it would take for the dealership to get my handicap plate (which at this point has been two weeks and still waiting.....) instead of us going and getting it ourselves, because at times now it is becoming a real hardship for me not having it. 3) to have had the car delivered to our home and signed the paperwork here as we have in the past - we live 5 miles from the dealership!!
