Buying a new car can be a stressful experience both financially and trusting the sales representative that is sitting across the desk from you- trying to get you to buy their product. Bob didn't try to get me to buy something that I didn't need or that was out of my financial price range. He listened to my needs and I bought a 2012 Taurus which I believe was a wise choice and a good automobile. I have owned five FORD trucks and a FORD Probe and changing to a car was a big deal! I had a little nervousness over that but due to traveling to my job further away I wanted a car that had good gasoline mileage and I think the Taurus will do that for me. I believe with employees as Bob Pugh at Jack Demmer FORD that in a few years the automotive problems that Detroit has experienced will be a thing of the past. More
