He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Luke was excellent at trying to find me a price that worked within my budget. Though I didn't work with Thom and Barry directly, they were warm and friendly. Things were going well and I was preparing to purchase until one of the sales managers, Ty, copped an attitude, judged me for being a smart shopper, made remarks that had racial undertones, and insulted me by insunating that I had poor credit without any evidence to support his claim. He was very rude and disrespectful and simply out of line. After Ty's negative interaction with me, I informed Kalim that his sales manager literally talked them out of a sale. The next day I went to another dealership in Kansas City. KS and purchased a brand new 2018 Honda CRV EX without any money down and 1.9 APR! I was hoping to give Kalim his 1st purchase on his 1st day of work but after being insulted by the sales manager, I no longer felt comfortable enough to continue to do business with them. More
