Just Another Greedy Dealership The car was a mess when it was handed over to me. There was mud in the backseat which I didn't notice until I brought the car home. I asked for the "Jack Maxton" sticker to be removed but I had to remove the sticker and clean the car myself. I called to speak with managers about all of the problems and customer service issues I had as well as left messages and still haven't received a callback. I feel there is no real customer service here, even if you are a paying customer. This was my first and last time dealing with this dealership. More

Poor customer service I took my truck to Jack Martin Quickservice to look at a tire. The recommended an alignment which I was surprised they did not do. They stated I would have to go to the “main” service center. They would not call or help, it was up to me. I asked aren’t they the same and she said not really. So, I had to call and the main service could not get me in. I wish they would have told me they cannot do this type of service before I made the appointment. Furthermore, they had moved my seat, wrinkled papers on the seat and not folded my mirror back out. It was a very negative experience. More
