Don’t go here to buy a car if you value quality service Eric Davis was very good as service advisor. As part of my service scheduling I had asked for a air cleaner replacement. It turned out that during the Eric Davis was very good as service advisor. As part of my service scheduling I had asked for a air cleaner replacement. It turned out that during the service that there was none in stock and that It would take an hour for someone to pick one up even though I had requested this at the time of scheduling. This is unacceptable. Eric to his credit had them blow it out to clean it as best as possible. Also requested the 24 point vehicle inspection and invoice showed this as done but didn’t receive a report on this with my paperwork. Eric’s professionalism notwithstanding I believe that this service center should be shutdown or a change in leadership of the department should occur. I will not be returning for service and I wish Eric all the best in finding a better service department opportunity somewhere else. This is the worst possible car service possible. With this in mind I will look to get my next Corvette at another dealership. More

Headlight bulbs replaced When I first called Jack Maxton to see if they had any available appointments I was so thrilled to know that not only did they have the appointments b When I first called Jack Maxton to see if they had any available appointments I was so thrilled to know that not only did they have the appointments but they had what was called Quick Service and they had appointments from 11:15 all the way up until about 5 I believe. That was awesome and amazing and I thank God for opening the door to this place and it didn't even cost me a lot of money to get the two bulbs replaced for my headlights. I had bought a pack of two headlights so all they had to do was the labor. But after the mechanic pulled my car in he realized that the bulbs that I had purchased were the wrong ones and the lady asked me if I wanted to have them use the bulbs that they had in stock and I told her to go ahead. Not only were they the correct bulbs but it cost less for the two bulbs together then the bulbs that I had bought at AutoZone. I'm so very grateful for their honesty hard work and determination to do this work on my car and all together it only cost $66 and some change for labor and replacement of the two bulbs. More

Key replacement I was there for a new key and key fob and the service person didn't listen that I had KeyCare to cover the replacement and after the work was done sai I was there for a new key and key fob and the service person didn't listen that I had KeyCare to cover the replacement and after the work was done said I didn't tell them it was KeyCare and had to redo the write-up. When I was handed my keys the fob was the only part of the order and there wasn't a key. When I questioned about the key the person said I didn't tell them about the. While it was being written up I was asked if the "key" was lost, which I affirmed the "key" was lost. More
