The best Chevrolet Dealership I had previously been a long time buyer from a dealership in Columbus, Ohio. When I went in to trade my car in, the salesperson who helped me wasn’t v I had previously been a long time buyer from a dealership in Columbus, Ohio. When I went in to trade my car in, the salesperson who helped me wasn’t very knowledgeable of the cars and actually told me I couldn’t afford one that I was thinking of without much information. I walked out and went directly to Jack Maxton Chevrolet. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, knowledge and efficiency with respect from my salesman, Dan Funk. In the future, I will return to Jack Maxton and Dan Funk to purchase. Love my Chevrolet’s for comfort and handling! More

This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them and the 2nd from John Oakley and I will keep going back. John Oakley worked hard, along with Scott Collins, to get the best vehicle and financing for me. I am so thrilled with my new Chevy Blazer and am thankful that John helped me get it. I am always treated respectfully when my vehicles get serviced too. Jack Maxton and John Oakley have earned my trust and respect. Sometimes that is hard to find today. Good service Came in for an oil change. I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door and there wasn’t a line so they took my car back immediately. I was able to Came in for an oil change. When my car was almost done they had a service professional come back and ask my to change my air filters and that there was something wrong with my tire. Terrible! I called and made an appointment to get 2 recalls fixed. I got there and they didn’t have the parts to fix it. I live almost an hour away so I went ah I called and made an appointment to get 2 recalls fixed. I got there and they didn’t have the parts to fix it. I live almost an hour away so I went ahead and got a rental. I dealt with Megan when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. She was super rude when I asked her to clarify why I had to pay when I made an appointment and you guys didn’t have the parts she stated that a recall doesn’t mean it’s broke so you guys wouldn’t cover it, which is understandable. One of the recalls was the shifter cable and when I got into my car I usually have to push the button to move it from reverse to neutral and from nuetral to drive. Now I don’t have to do that, so I can just slide my gear shift from reverse to drive. When I told her about it she didn’t say anything and just walked away. When she came back to the desk she said they would look at it and it would take 5-10 minutes, she brought my car back 25 minutes later. She didn’t say anything and just got out of my car, so I asked what they said and she said it was just a cable change. I dont appreciate the way she handled the situation or they way she spoke to me. So I asked a younger gentleman to come watch how the gear shift moved and he said that all car do that. With that being said, if it didn’t do that before I brought it in it had to of been broken. So, if it was broken I feel that the rental should of been paid for. Everyone else I dealt with was super friendly and helpful! More
Just over mileage, not much help I called day before to advise of bulletin my mechanic said was on car they scheduled appointment and said they would run diagnostic test and fix the w I called day before to advise of bulletin my mechanic said was on car they scheduled appointment and said they would run diagnostic test and fix the warranty negative battery cable. I arrive at scheduled time and explained situation. . My vehicle was just over the mileage by 400 miles but I've been calling and taking car to mechanic shop regularly trying to figure out why my Dashboard lights up and Service Stabiltalk flashes EVERYTIME I push my brakes or touch my window controls. This is definitely a manufacturing issue. The service rep attitude received from J.Mathias was unacceptable. He was refusing to complete the warranty work on car and refused to do a diagnostic test to fix the issue. He said I would have to pay for it. Thankfully a manager or other employee heard my concern and me on the phone with GMC and said to completed the warranty work for me. Again J.Mathias tells me he won't do a diagnostic test just the cable or I'd have to pay, never stating how much just rudely stating I'd have to pay. I just wanted out of there with the rude customer service. Unfortunately I still have my radio going out and dashboard lighting up with warnings every time I press brakes. Thanks for changing cable under warranty but Guess it's time to purchase new vehicle but won't go back to Jack Maxton after this experience which is sad I've bought 3 vehicles from here but customer service is everything! More
