Overcharged and Not Everything Fixed I was charged a labor fee for a problem which was originally reported under the factory warranty. Now that the factory warranty has expired, my extend I was charged a labor fee for a problem which was originally reported under the factory warranty. Now that the factory warranty has expired, my extended bumper-to-bumper warranty should have been honored, and I should not have been charged a labor charge. Also, I reported s squeak in my brakes which was not addressed. More

Everything was done within an hour and my requests were followed. Employees answered all my questions. However, the only issue is when I went to the main building to schedule a service, I felt that the employees weren't as friendly. No one greeted me when I walked through the door. They looked at me and looked away. When I approached a service employee who was on his cell, he didn't look at me and say "just one minute", he just got up and walked a away. And then when he came back, he seemed disinterested in answering my questions. He could have been having a bad day so it's no biggie but sometimes when you work in customer service, you have to be able to handle those things so the customer isn't impacted. Other than that, I'm always happy with the services performed, never an issue. More
