Fast and courteous service 5 pm and my check power steering, stability, and theft deterrent light go off. I go in looking my most desperate, and they say they probably won’t be 5 pm and my check power steering, stability, and theft deterrent light go off. I go in looking my most desperate, and they say they probably won’t be able to look at it until Monday. I slowly drag my feet back to my car with head hung in defeat. I go to start it up and the electronics turn on but the engine won’t engage. I walk back in to get a rental for what will most likely be 3 days ($90). The next morning I realize that I had left things in the car. Went back to retrieve them, and they were already working on it. The man at the front desk ushered me through the mechanical garage and showed me to my car. He explained that it looked like it might be a low battery, and that he would know in about 45 minutes after running diagnostics. After originally being quoted $220 just to look at it, I walked away only paying a reasonable $157. I am back in today for a coolent leak fix covered under warranty. More

Jonathan and Stacy in Financing, went above and beyond to make this happen just as I had asked. Them and the service staff worked together to achieve the final product was actually better I asked them for. I even threw them a curveball by asking them to move to Jack Maxton dealership sticker from the tailgate to the bumper. The dealership is receiving a excellent rating for those reasons Service department is the best. More

Even though they were not able to duplicate the problem I was having, one of the mechanics said that there were other cars that had this same experience so they went ahead and rebuilt my transmission. Both the second and third time I brought my car in was also for gear problems. They were never able to duplicate the gear problems this car was having. However, I was always treated with respect and they were very friendly. I no longer feel safe or secure in my vehicle due to the Gear problems I experienced More

Terrible Experience Buying a car with them has been a terrible experience. If you want a car leaking from the ceiling no thermostat and lights and tire sensors missing. After no one knew what was going on. Spoke with several other individuals who said it would be covered. Left a voicemail with the general manager. Tried to call again sent to voicemail. Anita spoke with the sales man (John Spivey) 3 times and he did not provide what we were promised. More
