Customer Service and Actual Work Perform Was Subpar I do not like writing negative reviews but it was my (unfortunately) experience . Service advisor, Joe was rude on numerous occasions, and it got worse after his manager spoke with him. Rolly, was professional delivering better customer service but did not follow through. Randy was great and Wyette provided okay customer service. My car has been in 3 times for the same issue for usually 3 plus days at a time. Which resulted in having no car, many trips to/ from the service department, phone conversations costing money and time. The jury is still out if it is actually repaired at this point. The inspection report was admittedly (by a service advisor) fabricated, as they did not put my car on the rack to examine it. Nor did they go over the 2nd inspection report when it was completed, although Rolly promised to do so via phone. I finally gave up, and decided to go elsewhere if needed. Then, I am assured I am getting quality, professional honest assessments based on the fact they will show me what needs fixed now, later, cetera. I'll only return if the said repair needs repaired again. I will go elsewhere for service and to purchase a car if I go to a dealer to do so. And, will not refer anyone to service or sales based on my experience. It would be a dishonest and a disservice to refer anyone. More

Great & honest customer service. The door lock on my daughter's car was jammed and would not open. A few estimates were made, one for $800, and the other $400. I have worked with them in John Oakley, Scott Collins, and Stacey Evans did an amazing job helping me out today with the purchase of my 2019 Equinox. I have worked with them in the past and they have been nothing but friendly and professional. John has been great to work with and easy to talk to, and he never once tried to pressure me into anything. He listened to everything I was looking for in a new car and was able to find one close to my price range. He and Scott worked hard to get me to the payment I was looking for, and Stacey made the paperwork signing a breeze. And they worked with me to get me in and out in a reasonable time, so I could pick up my daughter from basketball on time. Thank you all for making my experience at Jack Maxton a great one! More

Over and above service Had a vibration issue with the car, did some research online and contacted Eric in the service center. Eric worked with GM and handled everything. Replacing the converter with new, no questions asked. I feel Eric was on my side and "went to bat", handling the entire project. Honestly, I cant imagine going anywhere else. I have purchased 7 new cars locally from 7 different dealerships in Columbus in the past 38 years and Jack Maxton has so far been absolute Paramount! When you are treated like family and feel like they are invested in the customer like JM does, its an easy decision. Thanks Jack Maxton! More

After getting the car home, we realized we couldn't find the correct bolt to secure our license plate to the back. We contacted Duane, who then contacted Sarah, and we were accommodated! I took the vehicle in and not only did Sarah have her mechanic fix the license plate issue, I also had a concern with something else with the vehicle and they assisted with that as well! The vehicle is doing great and I couldn't be more happy with how accommodating and professional they both were! More
Radio went down! Apparently when the data needs updating (don’t know if it’s all systems or just the radio), but if they don’t get updated right away, they start shutt Apparently when the data needs updating (don’t know if it’s all systems or just the radio), but if they don’t get updated right away, they start shutting down. The problem with that is that there is no warning! The radio isn’t as significant as obviously other systems, but it would be extremely worrisome if those systems were to shut down as well w/o warning. Anyway, the guys found out that the radio just needed updates and did that while I waited. I did not have an appointment, and they still took me right away! I was in and out in about 45 mins. Thanks!
