Chris, I am sorry to hear your experience with us was less than stellar. We do accept walk in appointments in our Quick Service department but can never guarantee a time due to not knowing the volume of walk in customers per day. We definitely recommend appointments but they are not mandatory. I greatly apologize for the lack of patience our front desk staff had with you, this is never acceptable. We take feedback from our customers very seriously and will use this to improve in the future.

I am sorry to hear you will be taking business elsewhere due to the decision of GM. However, as a small family owned dealership we have little say in this matter. We are affected greatly by the decision and will suffer with the results. Our customers, like you, will go elsewhere with no fault of our own but due the decisions made by the corporate conglomerate that controls our purse strings.
