Has been better in the past There is not alot of clarity regarding whether appointments are needed. If I make one, I am told it isnt necessary. If I dont and walk in, I am told I should have made one beforehand and I cant be seen for hours. The employees behind the desk used to be much friendlier and more patient with my lack of car knowledge but on my last visit the young woman was actually borderline rude. Customer service used to be much better but it has declined in recent visits. The survey is requiring me to provide names but I cannot say what the service members names are. Lost car/No service To say I was actually a customer here is a stretch. Some weeks back I called into this service center to make an appointment for my car after I began To say I was actually a customer here is a stretch. Some weeks back I called into this service center to make an appointment for my car after I began having transmission issues. An appointment was made for the following Monday, and my car was dropped off the Saturday before. After not hearing anything from the service center Monday or Tuesday, I called in Wednesday morning to find out they had no record of my car being dropped off, and no idea where it was. This went on for more than a day (by which time my car had been seemingly "missing" for more than four). That Thursday afternoon, I finally was able to confirm with the service center they did indeed have my car, it had been "misplaced." They told me they would get it in that day and give me a call on Friday. No apologies, nothing. Most of Friday went by without hearing from them, so I decided to call about an hour before they closed. Turns out they couldn't get my car in, and wouldn't be able to until the next Monday. I basically told them to forget it, and I would be in to pick up my car and take it to another service center. Again, no apologies, no nothing regarding the xxxx they put the through. I ended up having to pay for more than a week of rental service when it only should have been a few days. They cost me a ton of money, and put me through four days of turmoil thinking my car had been stolen off their lot when they had it the whole time. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Jack Maxton for anything, and would not recommend them. More

Unethical I came in to get my windshield wiper fixed. The repair should’ve been about 400+. When I told them I had an extended warranty that I purchased at the I came in to get my windshield wiper fixed. The repair should’ve been about 400+. When I told them I had an extended warranty that I purchased at the time of purchase on my car, they became visibly frustrated. The warranty brought the total costs down to just over 275 which was the cost of my deductible. Then after I had finished my paperwork and completed my transaction, the service rep came up and told me that my battery wouldn’t start so I would need to purchase another one. Had they told me this 5 minutes sooner, this would’ve been covered under deductible along with my windshield wiper so it would’ve been free. But since they waited until after I paid, this would’ve been an extra 150 dollars. I opted to have them just “jumpstart” my car, even though I never actually saw them do that and never saw my car “dead”. Once I got my car from them, my dashboard showed my battery as totally full charge and has not given me any problems since. I find it extremely hard to believe that it was actually dead. It felt like they were just trying to get me to pay more money for what they felt they deserved from me for the windshield wiper repair. It was very frustrating and I will not be returning. More

Joe Mathias worked with GM for several days to get the needed authorizations necessary to allow the work to proceed. He even got us a loaner vehicle as the repair was going to be over several days. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work and the support Joe and the team providdd us. They went beyond our expectations! Joe deserves employee of the year in our vote. More
