Top Notch Service Department I brought my 2007 Avalanche in for two repair visits that were a few weeks apart....When I picked it up from the first visit, one of the three or so I brought my 2007 Avalanche in for two repair visits that were a few weeks apart....When I picked it up from the first visit, one of the three or so problems that I had brought it in for reoccurred the same day of picking it up. I brought it back later when I had the available time, in about two & a half weeks. Both times , I dealt with the same service advisor . I want to give a big shout out to these people for being professional, diligent, and level-headed when dealing with me about my vehicle : Eric Davis ( He was very knowledgeable, and cool, calm and collect about the confounding nature of the issue ) , Rolly, the Service Manager, who acted the same. I also want to give xxxxxxto the mechanics who worked on my truck .... it wasn't possible for me to get their names, but they did a smokin' job. My Avalanche runs, rides and handles better than it has in years. I got so used to it degrading slowly over the years, that I didn't realize how out of kilter all of the trucks' performance characteristics had become. I will say this, in world where everybody changes jobs so frequently, it is a real pleasure to see the same people , year after year, working at Jack Maxton. You get to build a rapport with them, and it is a sign that they are treated well and like their jobs. I want to also give a special mention to Woody, who had dealt with the maintenance on my wife's car for almost every time we have brought it in. He was great as well. When he learned I had previously worked with a different salesman 3 years ea I felt welcome as I was approached by a friendly salesman - John Oakley. When he learned I had previously worked with a different salesman 3 years earlier he said "Duane is your salesman, I'll get him for you". Unfortunately now I am stuck in a contract with their Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I would never recommend purchase from them. Unfortunately now I am stuck in a contract with their company, and can not get out of payment for the vehicle. When I bought the car it was making a weird noise. I took it back in and they told me they replaced breaks and rhoaders on the front and back. The car continued to make the noise. The sales rep Jim Johnson told me "oh its probably because its cold" the noise continued for four months and the rhoaders had never been replaced. I called them again for a week. No one returned my calls, and then when they did they refused to fix the car. Not to mention the sales rep never mentioned the car had been wrecked. Go anywhere but here. Amber Marcum More
