Service Issues for my Maxton Chevrolet Truck I do not mind waiting in line to get my oil changed and tires rotated at the "quick service" building, but it is very difficult to watch vehicles arri I do not mind waiting in line to get my oil changed and tires rotated at the "quick service" building, but it is very difficult to watch vehicles arrive at the back door and sometimes at the front door and get services that cause what I consider to be "unnecessary" delays in getting my vehicle serviced. There were several breaks in the service to my vehicle while it was in the bay so that attention could be paid to these vehicles, thus delaying service to mine. At the end of the day it probably took 30-45 more minutes to complete my service than it should have taken. There are plenty of oil change companies closer to my home that completes the work in 20 min or less once you are on the rack. Please address these issues if you expect to continue to have loyal customers. Having said that, the service that I received, once it was completed, was expertly done, as expected. More

Very good. I was told the car was completely checked out. Even though nothing could be found that wasn't right, the Saturn, runs better now that when I took it I was told the car was completely checked out.
