Awesome, Amazing, Attentive I received an invitation to come to the dealership following a recall repair that was completed on my vehicle. I accepted the offer and went to the dealership with no intention on purchasing a vehicle. I did decide however, if the deal was difficult to refuse, I would consider a reasonable offer. I was pointed in the direction of Matt Kmosko, who took over an hour to walk and talk with me to understand my needs. He was extremely honest and upfront with me just as I was with him at the beginning of us meeting. Long story short, Matt was very attentive, respectful and just an overall awesome salesman! He paid attention to every request I had and he was sure to listen to every concern or question that I had. I walked into the dealership, anxious and honestly with no intention to purchase a new car. Needless to say, I left the dealership with my first ever brand new car! The deal was painless and I can attribute that to my salesman Matt! The worst customer service I've every experience in my life! After test driving the car I decided to purchase, when I asked if someone could help me (because the person that let me test drive the car started working with a couple that walked in after me). The person looked at the keys in my hand and said "YOU'RE ALREADY WORKING WITH SOMEONE" and walked away. My face dropped, because I could not believe that he talked to a customer like that, he came back and asked "What do you need help with". I stated I wanted to purchase this car. He told me to sit over at a desk and complete a credit application. Casey freed himself up from talking with someone else and asked what I needed. I told him that I would like to purchase the vehicle. I told him that I was fine with the price of the vehicle I just wanted to make sure that my old car was paid off. I had investigated and did a car appraisal on their website that showed I owed exactly what they could have gave me for the vehicle. He tells me that I'm $4,000 in the whole; I state that I've done my research and I was not $4,000 in the whole. He turned the computer to me and said "just because you know about computers don't make you an expert", He states he would not give me no more than the minimum for my vehicle (without even looking at my vehicle). I gave him back the keys and walked out. He was rude and very unprofessional. Please beware this car lot doesn't seem to care about the way their salespeople treat their customers. More

He made sure I was satisfied with the test drive, asked if there was anything else I wanted to see and then wanted me to lay out the price I had in mind and what he could do to get me close to that price. I expressed my desire to speak with a salesperson and she paged for one. after a few minutes, Matt came in and introduced himself and we started discuss my choice. we talked for awhile and he took my proposal to the manager. after about 1/2 hr the manager came over and we finished the negotiations. we completed the deal around 4:20pm. overall spent about 3 hrs at the dealership. all the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and friendly. Frank and Chris were very willing to work with us on price, to negotiate on the trade in and to price out additional after market features in which we were interested. Frank was very straight forward with us and thoroughly walked us through out options without using high pressure sales tactics or making us feel uncomfortable. I was dreading the car buying experience, but Jack Maxton was great to work with and made the experience enjoyable. We felt that we walked out with a great deal and purchased exactly what we had in mind. We will definitely be repeat customers! More
