Just an awful customer service experience. Lack of communication on their end. My car drives worse now than it did before I brought it in. I'm a college student working 2 jobs and was taken advantage communication on their end. My car drives worse now than it did before I brought it in. I'm a college student working 2 jobs and was taken advantage of financially by the service employees. Used all my funds to repair my car. $96/hr for labor is honestly cognitively distasteful and humorous. Woody played the passive aggressive narcissist who seemed to only care about building the financial toll up for his service colleagues. I appreciate the experience however in knowing that I will not rely or trust in this dealership any longer. My future car purchases and repair issues will be taken to a more trustworthy dealer. I pray this customer experience was an anomaly and that it does not trickle to fellow drivers entrusting their vehicles to this lowly inadequate sorry excuse for a service center. More

Jack Maxton and its people in the Service Department came through with flying colors, again, and again. An after market power steering Pump and Rack and Pinion failed, twice, so they put on GM OEM parts. No through with flying colors, again, and again. An after market power steering Pump and Rack and Pinion failed, twice, so they put on GM OEM parts. No problems now. Way to go GM. It would be nice though if OEM GM Parts were not 4 times the costs of after market parts. If the prices were a little closer to after market parts prices I would never put on an after market part again. I would pay MORE but "NOT THAT MUCH MORE" where the prices are now for GM OEM Parts. Common guy just cant afford it but would love to to keep his baby running top notch. Thanks< Mike G More

We ask two or three times, what is wrong with this car. Steve said nothing is wrong with the car. They had it on line at a good deal. Well, now we can't get any help to get a key made. The car drives good but it has a leak on drivers side. We tried to fix it from another person, did not work, went back to steve and got no where with him. We went on a trip over Christmas, put in a CD and , yes you are right, it doesn't work. Ate the CD and will not eject it. I do not feel we had an honest answer from Steve Sloan. He knew the car had issues. And after the sale, We have been abandon to find and fix all on our own. He didn't take any responsibility for any of this. Sincerely Evie Wilson. More
I was looking online at new cars and came across a couple I liked at this dealership. The email response was the most thorough I had received regarding a quote on a car and regarding to the answers I promptl I liked at this dealership. While the service helped pull me into the dealership, the price was the main reason I came in to buy the car. Ryan did an excellent job showing me the Sonic that I bought as well as a Cruze that I looked at. The experience was rather painless and I drove home the same day in my brand new car. I'd also like to add that the finance guy (I can't recall his name, at the used dealership) was very pleasant and explained everything that I had questions about and more. Jack Maxton will definitely be on the short list the next time I buy a car. More
When my wife and I were ready to buy our first new car, we had heard stories about dealing with dealerships - mostly unpleasant ones. We visited Jack Maxton on a Sunday and the experience with the salesperson, Duane, was so comfortable and relaxing. It was hot outside but he took the time showing us whatever cars we wanted to see and test drive. He was very patient, friendly and easy-going. Unlike some dealers wouuld push you into buying cars, which is very awkward because it should be our decision, Duane and his manager Rob, did not give us any pressure during the bargaining process. We ended up not buying the car on that day, but we got the feeling that they are honest and sincere in doing business, which is very rare these days in the car dealer field. Because my wife and I liked the experience, we decided to go back to Jack Maxton a couple of days later, after we visited a few places. We wanted a Malibu with very specific features. I emailed Duane expressing my interest in doing business with them, and described to them the car we wanted. They got the car with the exact features within two days from another state, and matched the offer I got from another dealership. We were very happy because we know the price is very good for the car and we are dealing with a dealership with really good people. The remaining transaction process was again very pleasant with Duane and other specialist in Jack Maxton. We realize we did not just buy a car, but also an invaluable relationship with Jack Maxton and their people. Although we have not tried the warranty services, I feel rest assured that my car will get good service in good hands when he needs one - this is important. For anyone who is buying a car, I strongly recommend giving Jack Maxton a try. I do think you will like your experience there, no matter whether or not you ended up buying a car with them. As their statement says on this website, they have been around for quite a long time and they are definitely keeping their promises doing business with integrity. More
