There has been only one time when I have not picked my vehicle off the show room floor of a Chevrolet dealer. Mr. Craig was very professional and understood my concern for the car that my 16 year old driver would be driving soon. Decent coffee and internet access in the waiting area is nice. Staff was all friendly. Got a follow up phone call from Jeff a couple days later.
