My experience with Jack Maxton was great. Frank Eliaspour who was my salesman was very friendly, and knowlegeable. I had a very unique situation regarding my previous vehicle a Saturn Vue where my Eliaspour who was my salesman was very friendly, and knowlegeable. I had a very unique situation regarding my previous vehicle a Saturn Vue where my transmission went out. I found that there was a recall and I had to contact the GM/Saturn hot line. By the time I got to Jack maxton I explained to Frank what the situation was and he immediately got the Finance manager John Fabish involved. GM/Saturn had already contacted Jack Maxton and John was aware of the problem. Frank and John worked relentlessly to get this issue resolved, In the mean time I started test driving the Chevy HHR first a demo/courtesy car, then taking the advice of Frank I went for the brand new one instead. With the input from Frank and John I was approved for my new hot crystal read HHR. I really felt that Frank and John were there for me as a real person with a real problem, I was not just another sale . As one of them said bad things happen to good people I really felt they were there for me as a person not just another sale. They truly cared. That make all the crazy things worth the wait Frank and John were fantastic. I am surely going to refer anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle to these guys. The Dealership that cares. More

I wasn't too sure when first entering the building if I would be assisted as previous experience with car dealers (although it's been quite a few years) was that they swoop down on you with high pressure s would be assisted as previous experience with car dealers (although it's been quite a few years) was that they swoop down on you with high pressure sales. I've been doing business with Clyde for a long time. I brought three cars from Jack Maxton and Clyde has allways take great care of me when I need service done on my vehicles. I have been going to the quick service department for probably 5 years. I have always been impressed with the quality of employees, and the quality of the work. Of course, it's just a oil change, but I probably 5 years. I have always been impressed with the quality of employees, and the quality of the work. Of course, it's just a oil change, but I made the mistake of going to one of the "10 minute" oil change places, and they spilled oil all over the motor and skid plate, and also rounded off the oil pan bolt, and they didn't tell me either of these things. I found out about the oil spill when I got home and it dripped all over my driveway, leaving stains. The oil pan bolt was found when I went for my next oil change. I have always had a positive experience with Jack Maxton Quick Service, and will continue to use the service. They are polite, clean and fast on the service. More

For 20 years I have dealt with Jack Maxton, and I have found the service excellent. I don't know many people I deal with in business who make a more conscientious effort visit after visit -- as 20 years found the service excellent.
