When we purchased our car from Jack Maxton we dealt with such great customer service oriented people. We thought it was only fitting to take our car back for service and such. I have had my car in for various issues due to age and wear and the service tech's were extremely knowledgable and were courtious to me (particularly being female). They also actually saved me money because they gave me a second opinion on a problem and it was much simpler and less costly than the first opinion that I received at another facilit - they were honest with me, which means a lot. I'm in MD and purchased a new 2010 Silveardo LTZ Dually. The price was by far cheaper to buy this truck from Jack Maxton and they were MUCH easier to work with the the dealers in my immediate area.
