I purchased this suv December 24th maybe 47,000 miles it’s July I have 48350 miles. I was told by your service department both rear tires are bald and needed replaced did y’all give me 2 xxxx bad rear t it’s July I have 48350 miles. All was ok. BUT I wish when someone tells me it’s 120$ plus tax and their service charge for supplies should have been 120+12 right well when I get there 30 minutes later it is 130 + 13 plus tax. Then walk out to the truck and come back in and say that will be 270$. What’s up. Last 2 times I’ve been to a mechanic both times I’m told 1 price I walk in and it’s 10$ more. Am I missing something????????? Also when I paid I asked for them to have the mechanic that worked on truck to call me when he gets off lunch they say sure will do.
