Poor communication, and couldn't identify the problem. I was advised to take my car here by another repair shop. They charged me $140 to tell me that I needed $2100 worth of repairs due to oil and coolant I was advised to take my car here by another repair shop. They charged me $140 to tell me that I needed $2100 worth of repairs due to oil and coolant mixing, but stated that they couldn't figure out my it was mixing. When I called to discuss, they stated I'd be called back within the hour. My call was returned 24 hours later. We decided to donate the car because its pointless to make repairs when they can't figure out what is causing the problem. The shop also pushed to try and get the repair done anyway and was resistant to me clearly saying no. Ultimately, this was one of the worst experiences at a repair shop I've ever had. More
