The key to the car was stuck in the ignition. The part required was not in stock so loaner was provided. At this point everything appears to be working just fine in the repair was successful. Quick Service Needed a lube, oil & filter for my new truck. Took truck to local dealership Saturday but they would only take a drop off or scheduled appointment. Si Needed a lube, oil & filter for my new truck. Took truck to local dealership Saturday but they would only take a drop off or scheduled appointment. Since this is my only transportation a drop off wasn't an option and their schedule was 2-3 WEEKS out. Called Jack Maxton same day and scheduled appointment for Monday after work. Had oil change, tires rotated, and a free car wash in less than 30 minutes. I don't like going to Columbus but will make an exception for this kind of service! More

No One Contacted Me I submitted 3 requests on the website for someone to reach out for a quote on 2 service items i still need completed. I called the service department I submitted 3 requests on the website for someone to reach out for a quote on 2 service items i still need completed. I called the service department, got a voicemail twice, then the woman that I spoke to had great customer service, but had to put me on hold 3-4 times to answer my questions. I am still trying to decide if we are going to use this service department or another. I purchased a car (not this car) from Jack Maxton, it is minutes from my work, but I almost would rather go out of my way to spend my money to get better service. More
