Buying a used car I was able to look on their website and find the used car I wanted. There was good pictures available and lists of options. My husband called Jim Sm I was able to look on their website and find the used car I wanted. There was good pictures available and lists of options. My husband called Jim Smith because we had bought a car from him before and we very satisfied with the experience. Jim had 2 cars ready outside for me to test drive of the ones that I liked from the online shopping. Jim was very pleasant and made you feel like he cared. When we did decide on the car and before I left the dealership with it, he showed me how to link up my phone, use the voice prompts and patiently answered any other questions I had. This was even after their dealership had closed and it was really cold outside too. More

Best Big Dealership Experience!!! From the moment I contacted the dealership and talked to the sales manager about my situation they worked nonstop to get me a deal on a car, they were From the moment I contacted the dealership and talked to the sales manager about my situation they worked nonstop to get me a deal on a car, they were all professional and polite, extremely friendly and outgoing, they did not judge me on my credit history, I was trying to buy a car after going through a recent bankruptcy, they told me they had lenders who could help me rebuild my credit and get my going in the right direction, I didnt get stuck in a car a didnt want, they let me choose the car i could afford, and worked nonstop to make my experience a very positive one. I didnt get that big dealer feeling where they didnt want to work with me. Between the sales manager Jade Noll and saleswoman Laurie Hinton, they worked nonstop and were very knowledgeable about my situation and knew how to handle it. This was not my first time buying a new car at a big dealership but it was my most pleasurable "big" dealer experience. I would recommend Jack Schmitt Ford dealership to anyone!!! Thank you to the whole team there for working hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted!!! More
