My salesman Mike Miller assisted me through the selection of my vehicle , without sales pressuring. After I made my selection of the Car, he offered me additional support In all information of the Car systems to include a walk through the Customer Service area. Mr. Mike Miller assured me that should I have any future Questions of the car purchased and/ or performance or any thing at all, he would be more than happy to help me with any issues. Before I drove away with my New Pre Owned vehicle, He said ,,, We want you to enjoy you Car, So Don't hesitate to call on me to help. So ! From when we first step foot on the lot to when we drove away in our new Edge, we were treated like f Wow, what an outstanding car buying experience. From when we first step foot on the lot to when we drove away in our new Edge, we were treated like family. Car shopping is not easy when you have two kids with you, but our experience at Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln was stress free! While Mike explained the features on the different vehicles we were looking at, the staff gave the kids balloons to help keep them entertained. We were free to look around the lot on our own so that we could take some time to think about our options. After test-driving two different cars, we knew we found the one. Mike and Andy made our car buying experience as pleasant as can be and were very helpful with answering any questions we had. They definitely took away the hassle of your "normal" car buying experience. The knowledgeable, courteous, welcoming staff sets this dealership a part from others. We will definitely be returning to Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln for our next new car purchase. We will also be sharing our experience with family and friends and making sure that they ask for Mike when they are ready to buy! More
