Not as nice as when buying vehicle On time for appointment and was told approximately 2 hours to complete a single recall update and software update. Was actually 3 plus hours. After that work was completed, clock was not reset to correct time. Men's restroom towel dispenser not working, but no one seemed to care. Water bottles offered in lounge refrigerator, but was actually empty. Offered ride in 5 minutes to place to get breakfast, but had to re-ask and was actually about 20 minutes. WIFI did not work while I was there. Sitting in lounge for over an hour past the 2 hour promise, my observation is that little urgency is shown with regard to customer compared to when I bought vehicle from Jack Schmitt. Although these service items were being completed at Ford's expense, I would like to feel like someone is actually concerned about keeping me informed about progress and that did not happen.
