This matter is currently in arbitration with the Better Business Bureau as you requested. We are cooperating with their request for information. The fact of the matter is that this damage you speak of was the result of a prior repair to the a pillar of the vehicle where the paint was mis-matched and the clear coat was not applied properly. This was evidenced by the presence of exposed bondo and mismatched paint in that location. We understand the frustration if you had never noticed the repair before, but we can't take responsibility for the repair.
