He was also very pleasant to work with, and we felt as though we had found the perfect vehicle at a great price. Unfortunately, the end of our sales experience was disappointing. This was mostly due to our experience with the Finance Manager. He attempted to sell us additional warranties, and I understand the reasoning; however it was at the end of our transaction when we were ready to leave. He was visibly upset that we were not interested, and the end of our sales experience was awkward. I am hoping to bring my vehicle back for service, and I am hoping g for a better experience. More
