Purchasing my new GTI was something that I very much enjoyed. Joe Frechette is by far one of the nicest guys you could ever have the opportunity of knowing. Requested quote online on 8/31/13 aound 3 pm. Received call within 15 minutes from Richard Demsey reviewing my inquire and committing to send quote out later that afternoon. Never received qoute as promised, so I sent email onSsunday, 9/1/13, stating my displeasure of above listed circumstances. Knowing the Prime family as we did (4 cars have come from the Prime family) we wanted our business to remain local. Rich paired us up with Zach Bean as our sales person. Zach was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product, answering all our questions, as well as explaining the options/differences each car had that we hadn't even thought of since it's our first VW. I was glad to have the opportunity to return to dealership for an entirely different experience and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to them.
