I purchased my EOS from Prime Auto in Saco and was very happy with my overall expericence. I live in Rochester NH, so naturally, going to Berangers in Rochester would be MUCH more convenient for me (and sa happy with my overall expericence. I live in Rochester NH, so naturally, going to Berangers in Rochester would be MUCH more convenient for me (and save me on GAS and TIME!)....HOWEVER, the Service at Berangers is severly lacking! I did stop in there TWICE to ask a couple questions about my NEW VW Eos, only to be treated rudely..so rudely, that I've gone back to Prime ever since. I was encouraged to give Berangers another try (by a corporate VW person, for the convenience of them being SO close to where I work)...and so, when I needed a new set of Windshild wipers ($50,00!!) I went to Berangers (since it was 3 minutes from where I work!!) and they just handed them to me after I paid, never offering to put them on for me!!! I ended up having my co-worker take my car back down on her lunch hour, with my receipt and she asked them to please put them on!! (she has a family member that works at Volkswagen (in the corporate office). That was it for me....I now, just go to Prime, where they are pleasant, take great care of my car..and when they are done, they've cleaned it for me too!!! :) When I arrive, they give me the impresson that they remember me and my car! I tell everyone who asks where I got my car about Prime and the customer service there. My daughter is a VW lover, she has a GTI, she bought a used GTI and she went to Beranger to have a diagnosics run..she specifically asked them to JUST RUN the diagnostics charge on her debit card and to please CALL her before they run her card..she was going to pay cash for the water pump...they ended up running everything on her card..causing an overdraft (which she told them would happen) long story short...another example of their lack of care & customer service!! They never wrote anything down about her conversation with the service tech. and when she called upset...they didn't care or apologize. She goes to H2O in Ocean City Maryland every year for their VW event...so she's a VW lifer!! Someday, when she's in a position to buy a NEW VW or a newer used VW, I've told her I'll bring her to Prime! Thank you for your great service! Annette D'Amour More
